A Note From Ginny...

I went vegan 2 1/2 years ago, to protect my future health.

But eating a plant based diet and getting lean was a whole new ball game for me.

I have spent the last two years tweaking my plan so that I can get lean enough to compete.

These 4 weeks are a taster of how I eat when I am shredding body fat for a show.

I am not Vegan does that matter?

You can tweak and change the proteins in the plan. If you want to eat some animal protein I will tell you where you can substitute and the quantity.

I am worried that it will be too complicated for me to follow.

I have a very busy life and my motto is KISS (keep it simple stupid) and this is my plan, it is how I eat!
