SUPERMARKET TOUR

I've done Supermarket Tours as a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer for over 20 years and had such positive feedback from my clients. I'll be running a tour in Pukekohe, Auckland. The cost is $80 unless your an existing course member and then it's only $50.

The session is an hour and a half in groups of 8-10. You'll get:

• a worksheet to take along with you to make notes.
  practical advice on what pitfalls to avoid when shopping
• key tips on how to read an assortment of food labels and what some ingredients really are
• super simple food swap ideas to ensure your fueling your body and mind
