"I had been 'stalking" Ginny on Facebook for a while and just before Christmas, I took the plunge and signed up for her 12-week program.  What a great decision! 

 At the end of my 12 weeks, I have lost nearly 8kg, (now 10kg in week 14) there have been so many other positives from this experience – lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, better skin and scalp, hardly any swelling in my feet/ankles. not walking
