#212 Your June Mid-Year Reset Starts Here
Are you ready to feel your best?
June marks the halfway point of the year — a perfect time to pause, reflect, and reset your body, mind, and habits.
Maybe the year has flown by, and you haven’t achieved everything you had planned in January.
Maybe you’ve had a few setbacks.
Or maybe you’re feeling sluggish, out of routine, or simply ready for more energy, confidence, and to take control.
If you’re nodding, you’re not alone.
After an unexpected trip to England, I’m personally doing my own reset this month as I prepare for our Bali retreat — and I’m inviting you to join me.
This isn’t about restriction or a “detox.” It’s a powerful but gentle reboot. A chance to clear the fog, refocus on goals, and take action.
✨ Take a step-by-step approach
- You’re not starting from zero. Take a look at the last 6 months and pick one thing at a time to work on.
- You can make meaningful progress over winter.
- Working on one thing at a time creates momentum — and momentum creates results.
- It reconnects you to your why — whether that’s energy, weight loss, confidence, vitality, or feeling strong again.
🌿 What the June Reset Looks Like
Everyone’s reset will look a little different. The key is to start where you are, and keep it simple and doable.
Here’s what I’m focusing on in my own reset this month: my goal is to get leaner and feel confident in a bikini in Bali.
1. Planning my food
- Prioritising whole plant foods rich in fibre, protein, and nutrients
- Getting back into simple meal prep
- Tracking food intake to stay mindful and consistent
2. Movement that Builds Strength after my recent pain flare-up
- Strength training 2 x weekly
- Daily movement (7-10k steps, a daily walk, yoga 3 x a week)
- Riding 2-3 times a week
- Tuning into what my body needs each day. Not being scared to rest if that's what I need
3. Sleep + Self-Care
- Wind-down rituals at night. Journal, read, spa, and herb tea
- Getting 7–8 hours of quality sleep
- Limiting screens after 8pm
4. Mindset Reset
- Daily journaling, a simple gratitude list, working on limiting beliefs, and visualisation of how I want to be.
- Reconnecting to my "why" — to feel strong, vibrant, confident. To age with attitude!
- Letting go of the all-or-nothing trap
