How 12 Weeks Can Turn Your Body Into a Fat-Burning Machine
Today I want to talk about something many women wonder:
Can you really turn a seemingly slowing, stubborn midlife metabolism into a fat-burning machine?

2. Enough protein
Supporting muscle, metabolism, and hormones at every meal.
3. Hydration
Drinking enough water so that urine is clear by midday and through the afternoon.
4. Gradual, sustainable movement
Walking, strength training, and gentle progression — without excess stress.
5. Sleep and stress regulation
Because a tired, stressed body holds onto fat.
And most importantly:
Repeating these behaviours long enough for them to become normal.
