#227Why Balance Training Is One of the Most Underrated Health Secrets
How often do you challenge your balance?
If your answer is “not often,” this is your reminder that balance work is one of the most important things you can do for long-term health and confidence.
Good balance isn’t just about preventing falls — it’s about core strength, posture, and brain-body coordination (proprioception).
This week, I’m sharing one of my favourite balance drills. You can do it anywhere.
Start with your feet in line, heel to toe, shoulders back, and your belly button drawn in. Once steady, turn your head side to side, then (when you’re ready) try closing your eyes.
It looks simple, but you’ll be amazed at how challenging it feels — and how quickly your stability improves with practice.
