#104 Home work outs

 During the last lockdown, I still had weights etc at home. But since then we have moved and I sold all of my home workout gear (a little short-sighted I know!) and decided to train at the gym 5 days a week. Then ... lockdown struck and I am caught out with a few bands and a TRX.

But you know what? Since I started to train daily from home again I have cancelled my gym membership and decided to keep going with home workouts gradually adding new equipment as I can.

THE THING IS TO FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN DO... NOT WHAT YOU CAN'T ... Then let the magic happen!

So what can I do:

Squats- 100's of varieties

Lunges ditto 

Glute raises 

Step-ups 

Band abduction/adduction (inner-outer thigh work)

Home leg extension/hamstrings

Clams

Donkey kicks 

Fire hydrants 

Sissy squats

High knees 

Mountain climbers

Burpees- if I wanted to!!!

And that's just legs!!!

So I can tone and grow muscle at home and then walk/bike/jog/stair climb for cardio.

I love it!!!
