#111 Strength Training for absolute beginners

Banded Squats 15

Chest press with band 15

Step-ups 15 each leg

Repeat 3 times then:

Lateral Squats 10-15 on each side

Lat pull down 15

High Knees 10-15 each side

Repeat 3 times then:

Glute Raises 15

Heel Taps 10-15 on each side

Obliques 15 on each side

Repeat 3 times.
