#232 Use these 5 tips to avoid weight gain over the holidays
Eat for health, longevity and vitality. Nourish every cell of who you are for a full, happy, and vibrant life.
Every year, I help clients navigate the holidays without weight gain.
Life is messy this time of year, and sticking to your health goals can be really inconvenient!
I remember bingeing my way through Christmas and starting the new year overweight, bloated, and disappointed.
Not anymore!

Here are 5 of the strategies I use to enjoy this time of year without regret.
- Xmas is one day, not 2 weeks or 2 months!
- Become famous for your 'World Famous Healthy Platter.' Share yours in the Facebook group.
- Have a one-plate rule.
- Preload with water!
- Make a list of everything you love about the holidays that does not involve food or alcohol.
Reflect on what you achieved in 2025. Now is a great time to set some goals for 2026.
They are achievable for you if they are realistic!
