#77 Nutrition and your health
When I first started consulting 20 years ago there were 9 deaths per day in NZ that could be prevented with good nutrition now that number is 25!
Help protect yourself and your family from cardiovascular disease, stroke, diabetes, and some cancers.
1. Eat more fruit and vegetables
2. Eat less 'Beige foods'
3. Avoid or reduce processed meats. Never burn or over crisp meat or fish.
4. Reduce Alcohol
Take time to write a menu, shop, and prepare your food.
Make it a priority or you may conk out on the side of the motorway - just like if you put diesel in a petrol car.
