If we get told something often enough we start to believe it. Then we may start to live small, timid lives, with no goals and stop looking after our amazing bodies.
Well I say bullshit to that...
Looking good is not all about vanity it is about good health too!
Everyday I help women well past that certain age to turn their lives around and become awesome, unstoppable, sexy and live a loud life full of vitality, energy and sucess.
We are the women of the new generation we are so lucky to be alive right now!
We can get our figures back, start new business and careers and have the self confidence that comes from true inner health and well being.
We can take our power back.
There is no magic elixir of youth but there is inner beauty and wisdom that we can let shine by living our best lives doing the simple but forgotten things like taking time out for joy- yes really joy do you have enough joy in your life?
Do you drink enough water?
Are you getting enough sleep?
Are you exercising and eating appropriately for your life stage?

It isn’t hard but you have to be consistent, consistent water, sleep and the right foods at the right time to get your blood sugars and hormones under control.
We make it far more difficult than it needs to be don’t get sucked into the latest fad diet, supplement or super food, get back to the basics and trust your experience and inner wisdom to show you the path to optimal health.
Four things to do today.
1. Plan your water, food and sleep ahead of time.
2. Drink 2-3 liters of filtered water.
3. Plan quality protein in every meal, unprocessed low gi carbs, lots of vegetables and some healthy fats
4. Aim for a 13 hour fasting period.
