I went back to my journal to ask ‘what can I do with the next 25 years that will make a difference?’

 

What Jane achieved in her lifetime with love and absolute integrity is absolutely awe inspiring.

I met Ginny in April 2017, when I made a call that would change my life and save my life. 

After seeing my GP for a general check-up, I knew I was in pretty bad shape, but I was not fully aware of how bad. Prediabetes, fluctuating blood pressure and high cholesterol, along with being severely overweight. Don’t get me wrong; I was exercising at the gym, walking, cycling, eating well, doing all the right things, but being active was not enough to stop the spiralling bad health effects. I made two changes; I engaged with a great personal trainer and made the call to Ginny. I have never looked back.

Ginny has gently taken me on a journey to good health, with all the ups and downs that come with a busy life. I’m trying food I would not have considered in the past, planning meals and using her great recipes. I am now eating good and healthy food, and even my hubby is happy to go meat-free a couple of times a week. Always with a great smile and listening ear (and sometimes a box of tissues).

I have been a Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Health Coach for nearly 25 years.

I have studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. 

My passion is helping women like you to regain their confidence, self-esteem, and figures.

You can absolutely be lean and healthy and have your best body ever, over the age of 40 because,
