'Bali 2025 would have to be the best gift I have ever given myself. Eight days of getting to know an amazing group of women with the same goals of a healthier, more balanced lifestyle has to be one of the best experiences you can have. Exercise classes that allowed each of us to enter at our own level, and learning about the nutritional benefits of plant-based foods, was a great foundation.

I met Ginny in April 2017, when I made a call that would change my life and save my life. 

After seeing my GP for a general check-up, I knew I was in pretty bad shape, but I was not fully aware of how bad. Prediabetes, fluctuating blood pressure and high cholesterol, along with being severely overweight. Don’t get me wrong; I was exercising at the gym, walking, cycling, eating well, doing all the right things, but being active was not enough to stop the spiralling bad health effects. I made two changes; I engaged with a great personal trainer and made the call to Ginny. I have never looked back.

Ginny has gently taken me on a journey to good health, with all the ups and downs that come with a busy life. I’m trying food I would not have considered in the past, planning meals and using her great recipes. I am now eating good and healthy food, and even my hubby is happy to go meat-free a couple of times a week. Always with a great smile and listening ear (and sometimes a box of tissues).

I have been a Nutritionist, Fitness Trainer, and Life Coach for 25 years.

My passion is helping women like you regain your confidence, self-esteem, and energy.
